With its regal appearance Strandvägen 7A is one of Stockholm’s most beautiful properties. When the building was completed in 1910, it was described as a ‘palatial townhouse’. The property’s developer, Bocander, was one of the first tenants and was quickly followed by, among others, Ivar Kreuger, who has left visible traces of his time here. On the fifth floor of the building you will still find his unopened safe! Another famous person who has used 7A as his residence is Raul Wallenberg, and the American Embassy has also been housed here. Strandvägen 7A has recently been carefully renovated to restore every detail to its original condition. The result is one of Sweden’s best-preserved Jugend properties, which offers a unique environment for meetings, conferences and events.
